A reservation is considered confirmed once we have provided written confirmation and received a return confirmation from you.

The reserved rooms/suites/apartments and hotel facilities are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms/suites/apartments by 10:00 AM.

The tourist tax is charged per guest and per night by the accommodation providers. It is due at departure and is itemized separately on the bill. For the year 2024, the local tax is € 3.10. Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

You can settle your hotel bill upon departure with cash, EC card, Mastercard, or Visa. American Express, Diners, and business cards are not accepted.

You can change or cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations are only accepted in written form. After that, the following cancellation fees apply:

• For cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations from 14 days to 1 day before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
• Late arrival, no-show, and early departure will be charged at 100% of the total amount.

If a travel warning is issued for your country or ours, you can cancel your stay at any time free of charge.
